The United States has reopened an Atlantic marine monument to commercial fishing. The change allows commercial vessels to operate in the area. Neil Jacobs of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration welcomed the decision, calling it a “historic action” that he says will lead to more US-caught fish on American tables.
